What do you like best about Messagepoint?

Messagepoint is the best software that helps me to deliver the right content to the right customer quite easily as compared to other applications. It is a web based tool so I can use it for communication content creation and also for testing approval and delivery. It helps me in doing all these tasks without any support or intervention from my department. Apart from that I can easily create complex spreadsheets in order to arrange and handle all my communication content. What problems is Messagepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me this software is a blessing in disguise as it has the capability to test all the communication contents so that I can easily edit any response. Moreover, I can also check whether the particular response has been delivered to the right person or not.
