What do you like best about MessageOps?

Best part is its integration with microsoft 365 and it helps with preloaded templates which increases engagement and overall roi.

What do you dislike about MessageOps?

It is not suitable for non microsoft environment like Google Cloud etc.

User dashboard is bit techinical but it can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering MessageOps:

I would definitely recommend this but if your organisation size is small and not using microsoft environment then it will be not relevant.

Do cost benefit analysis then implement it.

It provides Office 365 Adoption Toolkit which helps in higher user engagement.

It Provides recommendations for right-sizing licenses.
