What do you like best about MessageMind?

What I appreciate most about MessageMind is its ease of use and versatile chat features. The clean interface is simple to navigate, even for less tech-savvy team members, making training and onboarding smooth. The chat functions are powerful—bots handle FAQs, missed messages go to our inbox, and conversations can be easily routed to the right team members when needed. What do you dislike about MessageMind?

Some integrations, such as WooCommerce order tracking, could be more reliable by default. We've encountered instances where system updates caused certain flows to break, requiring manual troubleshooting.
