What do you like best about MessageGears Platform?

I love our customer success manager, and the entire MessageGears team is fantastic to work with and super helpful. They are incredibly responsive and proactive in helping us to overcome any issues, keeping all of our projects on the rails. I also love that we can create incredibly targeted campaigns that are data-backed. The MG team was very hands-on during migration to ensure everything went smoothly. What do you dislike about MessageGears Platform?

The platform can be overly technical and the UI isn't the most intuitive I have used. We have an internal data team to help us support our program, but it would potentially be more difficult for just higher level marketers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
