What do you like best about Message Blink?

What I like most about Message Blink is its seamless, 100% native integration with Salesforce. The ability to trigger automated SMS and WhatsApp messages directly from Salesforce Flows has completely transformed our outreach process. We no longer have to switch between different platforms, and all conversation history is automatically logged directly in the contact records. Compared to other messaging platforms on the Salesforce AppExchange, Message Blink offers competitive pricing without compromising on essential features or reliability. What do you dislike about Message Blink?

The platform is incredibly robust, so my only real "dislike" is just wanting even more native templates out of the box. The current ones are great, but having a larger library would be a bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Message Blink solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to struggle with engaging leads personally at scale, as generic email campaigns had low open rates. Message Blink solved this by allowing us to run bulk SMS campaigns using dynamic merge fields straight from Salesforce List Views.
