Most of all, I really appreciated the seamless process of onboarding. I was part of the implementation process and I can confirm that the entire process from installation to training was flawless. We were led through the process by the team with clarity, and the training material was easy to understand. The platform itself was stable throughout the usage, and integration with the other platform worked great. Our team adapted to the process much faster than we had expected. Although design improvements are underway, the interface still has some flaws, like some components seem outdated, which makes it hard for new users to get used to the interface.
