For me the best part was the smooth onboarding process. The process of installation, implementation, and training were smooth. Our team was directed with clarity which was easy to understand. The training materials are very user-friendly and the integration of the software with our existing systems was well executed. Although the software is good, the interface still has some design flaws; sometimes it is found to be a bit confusing. The page layout feels old-fashioned and it sometimes feels hard for new users to use for the first time. Certain activities take more than one click or sometimes too many.
