"Excellent Onboarding and a Convenient Dashboard for Managing Loans"

What do you like best about MeridianLink Mortgage?

What I really enjoyed was the fact we had an onboarding and training process to be guided through the platform. We went through everything in detail and the training material was concise and practical. The other part of the application which I felt is very convenient is the dashboard which helps us keep our loan balances, payments, and documentation all in one place along with recent activity. What do you dislike about MeridianLink Mortgage?

The key place where improvements could be made is related to the user interface. The user interface of some screens looks outdated and needs additional clicks for completing certain actions. It may take some time for new or infrequent users to locate particular options. More powerful search and filter options, customization, and improved navigation will definitely facilitate the user's work with this application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MeridianLink Mortgage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Generally, my experience with the MeridianLink Mortgage software has been good. The guided setup process has made the process easy, and the training provided has ensured that we can use the platform easily. The fact that loan data, payments, documentation, and account activities can all be accessed from one place is something that I really like. Performance-wise, the system works very well when it comes to the common tasks that we need to do on the system. Even though the interface looks outdated, we have not had any issues using it.
