What I liked most about MeridianLink Mortgage was how easy the onboarding process was. The implementation team guided us step by step through everything, from the initial setup to training, so we never felt lost. It didn’t take long for our team to get comfortable with the platform, and the training materials made it simple for new employees to learn the system without a lot of trial and error. One area I’d really like to see improved on is the interface. It works well enough, but parts of it feel a bit dated, and it often takes a few extra clicks to finish simple tasks. I also needed some time to figure out where everything was, even after going through the onboarding process.
