I love the customer service, it's really unparalleled. The Merge team ships at lightning speed and stays on top of all feature and support requests. Merge Agent Handler takes the pain out of managing authentication and tools for different integrations. It also allows me to not have to worry about my integrations and lets me focus on the core product. The initial setup was relatively straightforward as well.
