What do you like best about Merchmix?

I like that Merchmix is the only platform we need to work in, with everything in one place and everyone working from the same data. I get quick access to sales reports and AI insights, and the live data helps me keep track of what’s happening across the business and make decisions with more context and different perspectives. The AI agent helps me get through my day quickly and make sure I haven’t missed anything, even when I work manually. What do you dislike about Merchmix?

What problems is Merchmix solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to spend a lot of time searching across spreadsheets and checking whether our numbers matched, which slowed decisions and pushed other tasks back.
