What do you like best about Merchkit?

Merchkit allows us to enhance and standardize our product catalog at scale using plain language instructions and logic. Administrating the software is easier than most other software that I've worked with and their team is incredibly responsive to customizing and solving issues specific for our use case. What do you dislike about Merchkit?

As a new software there are a lot of areas still being developed but they are making great progress and releasing new features and functionality consistently as we've worked with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Merchkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Merchkit is standardizing and improving our images. We have 350k products from 200 vendors so the variety of image quality and consistency creates a poor experience when shopping on our platform. Merchkit is improving the quality of these images and consistency of how they look on our site. They are also making it incredibly efficient for us to add new products from vendors into their platform using the catalog rules and structure we've defined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
