What do you like best about Merchant e-Solutions?

MeS has been very easy to adopt and integrate into our hosted ERP application. Setup costs and ongoing fees are reasonable. Integration with NetSuite is solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Merchant e-Solutions?

Had some errors at first with the automation and processing of credit card transactions, but once we got the hang of it it's been smooth sailing ever since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Merchant e-Solutions:

Very easy to integrate with NetSuite. Once we got the solution configured correctly we've seen no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Merchant e-Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to process small numbers of orders on a monthly basis via credit card transactions. Not wanting to have PCI issues with storing credit card information on site. We've been able to process credit card transactions very effectively and efficiently in an ongoing basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
