It is highly flexible in supporting assessments for different roles and skills, along with the ability to integrate with other systems together with superb customer services, making it highly effective for assessments related to hiring and learning. While pretty strong, there are indeed a few areas that could be improved upon within Mercer Mettal. Pricing sometimes feels on the higher side, especially for smaller teams or frequent assessments. Some of the advanced features take time to learn, requiring additional onboarding time for new users. Also, custom report configuration and deep analytics at times feel a bit less flexible than expected, and minor latency/performance issues at times of peak usage do arise.
