What stands out most is the accuracy. Even with technical terms, different accents, and overlapping speakers, the transcriptions come back clean and usually need very little manual correction. The quick turnaround time is another major plus; getting a usable transcript so fast makes it easy to keep up with a fast-paced workflow instead of waiting around.
I also like how straightforward the interface is. Uploading a file and receiving organized, readable text doesn’t take much of a learning curve. On top of that, the ability to search through past transcripts easily has made it much simpler to reference older meetings or calls, without having to dig through recordings manually. Accuracy can drop a bit when there's heavy background noise or when multiple people are speaking over each other, which sometimes means going back and manually correcting sections. It also occasionally struggles with certain accents or industry-specific jargon, so I've had to double-check transcripts more carefully in those cases. The processing time can lag a little for longer recordings, which isn't ideal when I need something turned around quickly. It would also be helpful to have more customization options for formatting the output, since the default layout doesn't always match what we need for internal documentation.
