What do you like best about MentorcliQ?

I find MentorcliQ incredibly easy to use, which simplifies managing mentoring programs. The automation feature for mentor-mentee matching is a game changer, significantly reducing the time and effort typically required for pairing up mentors with mentees. This automation ensures that everything runs smoothly and efficiently without the need for additional manual input. Additionally, I was very impressed with how straightforward the initial setup was. I was able to get the program up and running quickly, which means I could focus more on the mentoring itself rather than grappling with the technicalities of the software. What do you dislike about MentorcliQ?

I feel MentorcliQ could benefit from offering more flexibility for customizing programs, as currently, there seems to be some limitations in tailoring the mentoring experiences according to specific needs. Additionally, I wish it included more skills that I could learn from a mentor, which would enhance the overall benefit and applicability of the mentorship program.
