What do you like best about Mention Network?

What I like best is how specific and actionable it is. Instead of vague advice, I get fixes written for my actual store and products, so I always know exactly what to change, where, and why it matters. Seeing where my store stands in AI answers, and understanding what's holding certain products back, has been genuinely eye-opening. And being able to apply a fix in one click right inside Shopify makes it effortless, no copying things around, no developer needed. What do you dislike about Mention Network?

Honestly not much so far. I'd love to see support for more sales channels beyond Shopify, and the reporting could go a bit deeper. Minor things, nothing that gets in the way of the core value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mention Network solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of not knowing how my store shows up when customers ask AI assistants for recommendations. Before, that was a total blind spot. Now I can see where I stand, understand what's holding my products back, and fix it in one click.
