What do you like best about Mentient?

The biggest advantage for me is how quickly it surfaces new mentions. Instead of checking multiple places throughout the day, I get updates almost as soon as conversations start. I also like that it adds sentiment to those mentions because it helps me understand whether the discussion is positive, negative, or neutral without digging into every post manually.

Another feature I've found valuable is competitor tracking. Seeing how often competitors are mentioned and what people are saying about them has helped us spot industry trends and understand where we stand in comparison. The dashboard is straightforward, so it's easy to find the information I need without spending much time learning the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mentient?

The main thing I'd like to see added is support for white-label reporting. We occasionally share monitoring results with clients and internal stakeholders, so being able to generate reports with our own branding would save time and reduce manual work. What problems is Mentient solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Mentient, keeping track of online conversations meant checking several different platforms and hoping nothing important was missed. Now everything is gathered in one place, which makes monitoring much more efficient.

The real-time notifications help us respond sooner when people mention our brand, while sentiment analysis makes it easier to decide which conversations deserve immediate attention. We also use competitor monitoring to understand what customers are discussing across the market, which has been useful for identifying trends and opportunities.
