"Top of mind for OTA and Fleet Management Solution"

What do you like best about Mender?

I can describe Mender as a mature solution for OTA, fleet management and monitoring. I personally like Mender's rollback and OTA services, grouping features to ramp up a version to the complete fleet as well as mender remote capabilities. A few more points:

- Open source with an active supportive community

- Integration with Cloud Vendors

- Northen.tech support

- Robust OTA solution

- Includes configuring and monitoring solutions

- Easy to customize deployments with scripts or event add a few microservices into the backend solution for specific requirements.

- User-friendly UI but also well-documented APIs

- So much can be done with Mender, so that we learn something new or have new ideas every week! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mender?

It can be difficult (resource-consuming) to use the solution at the beginning for your own Hardware. However this is the nature of such solution and there's not much it can be done to avoid it, considering the efforts come with great price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mender solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mender helps us to be able to remotely access our assets, using the same interfaces we already have for OTA. It makes our fleet management (including patch management and application/configutaion) updates simpler and more reliable.
