What do you like best about Melu Managed Messaging?

What problems is Melu Managed Messaging solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't have the capacity to manage the live chat function on our website, but see how important it is in being responsive to our customers and potential leads.

Melu is a perfect solution for this and are a brilliant extension of our brand. They are very responsive to our needs and their quality of work is excellent. All of the support agents speak in exactly the tone we need and they've taken all of the information on board perfectly.
