Even if I do my Livestream as an add-on, not professionally, I still need to stream with Quality as this Livestream and podcast are tools for me to sell my Professional Services as a freelancer. In the last years, I have had a lot of UX frustration, and it's always hard to say if it's Melon, Google or Apple issue. This tends to glitch and not come down again. It would be good if that could be fixed. BUT - after setting up, you cannot go back and add or adjust something without reloading most of the go-live panels. I don't care for the share my screen business, could we side-panel all the items (say ten max) on the left so we might click and add them as we speak on the broadcast screen? Please get an agreement with Rumble- adults are not headed over to Twitch, TikTok, or the new link you offered. Creating colorful text headers and screen sharing is very beneficial for a show. Would always love more themes! Having team members with hosting control is helpful Audio and video recording are great, no issues so far. Live streaming integration with YouTube is good. **What do you dislike about Streamlabs Talk Studio?** I dislike that there is no space where my co-hosts and I can chat off-stream while we are "live". In order for audio to go through, we need to be "on-screen." I cannot maintain a "fixed" camera layout with more than two people. If we switch from layout A to B, then back to A, there is a high chance the order of our cameras will be different. I cannot upload multiple images and display them on the screen in a way similar to "Logos" right now. I am unable to edit the volume of intros and outros. The fact that it launches directly to the broadcast page for everything, regardless of what you plan to do. It should not launch there. it should launch to Settings or something else. 2. It was working well until I faced a bug where it was always showing my camera is in use. It contacted the support and they said they would solve this coming live. It worked fine when I first started using it and it was only the latest update that's made it all go wrong so I had to revert back to EcammLive which never has any issues at all. What I really dislike is the deliberate attempt to stop you canceling your plan by not having any kind of link on the dashboard to your account settings, you literally have to go off to Google looking for support and then I got charged for another 30 days. After emailing and asking them to refund as I hadnt even used it for more than 30 days, I got a dismissive reply literally saying '"cancel earlier next time so you don't get charged!" You can imagine the fury! Not my idea of customer service especially when I was on the $49 business plan and have now paid for 2 months service I still can't use!! Within minutes, we added our logo and brand colours. Scheduling an event to multiple platforms is very easy too. Using Melon for the live event is easy too. The convenience saves time and reduces stress. **What do you dislike about Streamlabs Talk Studio?** At the moment, Melon doesn't create separate video files for the screen sharing and the webcams. That would help with editing. Zoom has that capability. Fortunately, Melon is responsive to suggestions and has been quick at adding new features. **Recommendations to others considering Streamlabs Talk Studio:** The various tools have free trials to help you see what's right for you. Melon is newer and that's likely why they're quick to act on feedback and add features. If you're using live streaming for business, quality matters. That means getting a paid plan to add your logo and branding. The Standard plan may be enough if you're satisfied with 720p and multistreaming to only three destinations. We got Pro primarily for 1080p and to multistream to unlimited destinations (currently LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter). **What problems is Streamlabs Talk Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our goal was to use LinkedIn Live. One of the requirements is a tool like Melon. Although Streamyard and Restream are better known, Melon looked like a better choice due to the features, pricing and speed of enhancements. I host and stream many online webinars for my company. I used to use Zoom, and I could not have any sort of production. Melon allows me to have a countdown or static image before my stream starts. I can also hide my guests until I introduce them. I also like the many layout options. I I have three people on my meeting, I can arrage them on the screen in many different ways. This feature makes the stream look very professional to my viwers. Also great options for lower thirds and ticker captions. I love how to platform is cloud-based. You can use it from anywhere without any downloads. **What do you dislike about Streamlabs Talk Studio?** The only qualm that I have with Melon is using a virtual background. With other apps such as Zoom and Google meets, I can easily upload my own background image or use stock ones with no issue. Melon requires you to use a green screen which I do not own. If you do not use a green screen, your background image will be unclear and muddled. I do not have a nice-looking professional background in my home, so this is an issue for me. At first, I had trouble logging into Melon. They require you to input an emailed code to be able to access the account. My boss signed up with his work email. Since I do not have access to his work email, I always have to message him to forward me the code. Once I am in, everything is excellent. **Recommendations to others considering Streamlabs Talk Studio:** Get a green screen if you plan on using a virtual background. Also, make sure you test out all of the features to make sure this is the right program for you. I did many test sessions before my live streams to make sure i was not going to make any mistakes.
