What do you like best about Melbicom?

The control panel on the website is clean and intuitive — it's easy to navigate even if you're not a seasoned sysadmin. What stood out most is the pricing: Tokyo-based VPS servers are genuinely affordable compared to competitors, which is hard to find for Asian locations.

One feature I really appreciate is the built-in VNC access directly from the website. If something goes wrong with your server and you lose SSH access, you can jump in through the browser without any third-party tools. That's a solid safety net. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Melbicom?

On the downside, there's no free backup option — not even a single snapshot included in the base plan. For users running anything important, having at least one complimentary backup slot would make a real difference. This feels like a gap in an otherwise well-rounded service.
