I really love how easy the screen-sharing tools are to use. The in-meeting chat tools are also very good. Online meetings make short follow-up sessions practical, and I can fit a quick review between longer appointments. Setup is easy and takes less than 20 minutes. When someone can’t hear me, it isn’t always obvious whether the issue is their selected device, browser permission, or connection. I’d like clearer instructions for a guided audio check in the meeting so we can get back to the lesson faster. I’d also like better connectivity with external devices, so users with external speakers don’t have to worry about installing drivers and they install automatically.
