We have been using MedTrainer for several years.The platform meets our needs and provides an efficient way to keep our compliance training organized and on track. It has been a helpful tool for managing required trainings and maintaining training records. Overall, we are satisfied with MedTrainer and the support it provides to our organization. I wouldn’t say there is anything I particularly dislike about MedTrainer, but there are a few enhancements that would make the platform even more useful for us. A 360-degree integration with our HRIS platform would be very beneficial and help streamline our processes.

While the site itself is fairly easy to navigate, I would also appreciate a simpler, more intuitive way to create and run reports. Additionally, having an easier way to build our own training content—especially with an AI-assisted tool to help create and develop trainings—would be a valuable feature.
