What I like best about MedTrainer is that it gives us one centralized place to manage provider credentialing, documents, licenses, expirations, and required verifications. It has made it much easier to stay organized while managing a large number of providers across multiple states. I especially appreciate the ability to track credentialing requirements and quickly see what is complete, what is expiring, and what still needs attention. One downside of MedTrainer is that some parts of the platform can feel a little cumbersome when managing a large volume of providers. Certain workflows require multiple steps, and it is not always easy to quickly locate the information or reporting you need.
