What problems is Medix solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an outsourced Revenue Cycle, we found ourselves facing one of the most challenging periods in our organization's history. In July 2025, we were impacted by a cybersecurity attack that created significant operational disruption. While I was fortunate to have an experienced core team, including 3 seasoned Revenue Cycle staff members and myself, we were stretched to our limits trying to keep operations afloat.
We urgently needed qualified coders and Accounts Receivable follow-up specialists, and we needed them fast. Medix stepped in at a critical time and delivered exactly what we needed. Ryan Roberts and his team understood the urgency of our situation, responded quickly, and provided skilled professionals who were able to seamlessly integrate into our operations and help us regain stability.
