What do you like best about MediKey?

ITO Health's technology has been instrumental to our non profit. It allows us to support families through our Community Health Team's work by reducing barriers to health. Not only is it software that helps us tell the story through data collection and real-time reporting but it streamlines access to benefits and supports for our clients by removing needless bureaucratic red tape that often gets in the way. What do you dislike about MediKey?

No downsides! We have been thrilled with the entire onboarding process with ITO Health. Our only struggle has been to balance our demand for services and taking the time we need to fully understand all the aspects of the software. What problems is MediKey solving and how is that benefiting you?

ITO Health reduces barriers for our clients through addressing all of the Social Determinants of Health. Challenges are identified and the solutions are often streamlined, efficient and removing of bureaucratic issues our clients often face. For instance instead of needless applications and waiting, an information can be entered into ITO and sent directly to the provider. And not just the general provider - but someone who will actively accept and process the request.
