**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

Easy to share, interactive options, allows me to see engagements of my customers and gauge their interest in new products.
Workspaces at can be shared offer more information than what I can easily describe in an email.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

The search function can be a bit clunky and hard to navigate on mobile. Loading times for large PowerPoints and pdfs can be a bit frustrating. The swiping between documents and pages in the same document can be a bit frustrating. Instead of continuing in the same document you'll wind up on a new one and will have to go back and find your place again.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously I would have to send long emails with plenty of PDFs, the workspaces allow me to send through info in a standardised way that offers everything my clients need to know.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

I love having the ability to listen to my rep's individual phone calls and get an overall score based on the metrics I choose. And then from those individual scores, I'm able to create individualized coaching plans for them.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Integration with our CRM is wonky at times. The ExecVision team is always quick to help navigate and resolve any issues, however.

**Recommendations to others considering Mediafly:**

Utilize your account rep to help get the most out of EV. They are knowledgeable and eager to help!

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are bridging the gap we've had in our organization in coaching. ExecVision has allowed us to streamline our training and development programs and increase our success rates on the phones across all of our reps and clients.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

InsightSqaured provides actionable reporting to equip sales teams and sales leaders to improve efficiency and increase their effectiveness to close more deals. The AI helps sales teams and sales leaders the ability to forecast more accurately.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

None that I can think of, any issues we have had the InsightSquared team has been able to resolve for us

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InsightSquared excels in activity reporting and allows our sales leadership team to paint a clearer picture of what it takes to close a deal so we can mirror this on subsequent opportunities to increase out close rate.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

I like the integrations that ExecVision offers, which joins and syncs recordings into ExecVision for further analysis. Another thing is the fact that we can create libraries to help train new joiners on different types of calls and approaches. Also the identification of keywords during the call.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

As a growing company in Europe, we need to be compliant with GDPR rules. In our organization, this means that we should delete recordings every 6 months. Currently, I need to request the  ExecVision Team for help in this task, whilst the ability to bulk [permanently] delete call recordings directly in ExecVision would solve it in a quicker more convenient way.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can centralize calls that are done by our Sales and Success Teams and as expected, ExecVision is helping to solve problems around Coaching. It's a good tool to do so. It's also useful to identify trends on calls that may be relevant to us.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

I love how user-friendly it is for me and more for my sales representatives 

I can easily look up my sales reps' calls and help them make actionable changes to help them improve their next conversation. 

In addition, they are able to easily look up what they did well and poorly on their calls as well. 

I enjoy being able to highlight, comment and score the calls to see my rep's progress. I use different colors to show the rep where did well and where they need to improve. 

These function is imperative to helping my reps see how they are progressing and what to improve on.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Sometimes there are syncing issues with salesforce where the prospect name on the call is different than the one my sales representative spoke with, which causes confusion for the coach and rep as to who was the person we actually spoke with. 

Also sometimes you have to switch the icon of the person talking, which can be annoying

**Recommendations to others considering Mediafly:**

Definitely worth the investment.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

filling the gap between A and B players. Using EV allows all of my team to have a chance to learn from their mistakes and make adjustments to help them book that next meeting. 

In addition, it gives me peace of mind knowing that my reps are taking actionable steps to become better on the phones and are learning on the job to book better-qualified meetings for our organization.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

EV is user-friendly and allows me to Coach my team's calls with accuracy and incredible insights. The tools and features within the solution make coaching comprehensive and feedback is clear and easy to deliver. The Smart alerts feature is critical to me as a Coach as it tees up calls for me to Coach based on the criteria that's important to me. I would not be as effective as a Coach without EV and my team would be missing out on key elements of development. I would recommend EV to EVERYONE.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Tough to say I dislike anything about the tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Mediafly:**

Get ongoing training. There is so many features in the tool that you may never utilize without proper training.

EV pulls out keywords and phrases that may be hard to catch otherwise. This allows me to Coach to specific scenarios vs just the "spray and pray" method.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

Mediafly can showcase quantifiable business outcomes and value to be brought to a particular institution based on its identifiable organizational objectives. It brings a holistic view of how Finastra can help to achieve said goals.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

The numbers seem to be shooting towards the clouds; sometimes, ROI can come up to be upwards of 1200%, which is entirely unrealisitic for any institution. As well, there should be a template to send out to clients before the CVT tool to better prepare them for the information they would need to give.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mediafly can reduce the time spent on a cost-benefit analysis for the client. It helps to streamline quantifiable outcomes without having me solely speak on our solutions' benefits.

I like that Meeting Assistant is providing in-time information quiet detailed, mentioning all contents mentioned in the meeting.
This information sent automatically can be very usefull.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

In my first experience, it was not easy for me to track the mentioned meeting in the e-mail sent by the meeting assistant.  A meeting title would be nice to have.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mediafly Engagement360 is solving or helping to organize myself, in daily basis. to monitor occurred meetings and to compile all contents from meeting. I can see if I need to take further actions.

I do not have a lot of experience with other platforms to compare it to, but it's a great user experience, with a lot of functionality built in to easily record, comment, etc to share feedback with my team. Highly recommend.

I am a new user so still working through the functionality but nothing I dislike so far.

Its a great tool that provides scalability and functionality essential to coaching.

I like the video tracking and rep coaching tools. If we didn't have Execvision remote coaching would be nearly impossible. The team is also very helpful when questions arise.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Getting up to speed is challenging as the product is not as user friendly (in my personal opinion as Gong). With that said the team is extremely helpful with any challenges.

My company is solving sales coaching challenges in a remote environment. This was near impossible to do before signing up execvision. The next phase of growth will be to use the tool with our product team.

The live chat with a live person is great. She was very resourceful and willing to assist. I am expecting an email from her with some tips on my request.
I felt a bit overwhelmed with all the helpful resources you offer. Looking for to sharpen my pencil with Mediafly by my side.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

As of right now, I don't have a dislike. It's been great. I will place some time in my calendar to navigate the website for some tips. Hopefully, I never will have a dislike.

I inquired about menu building, reviewing how to single out what's not selling or pointing out cost differences without taking too much time from the operator or Distributor.

-Easy use interface 
-Automatic sync with zoom
-Incredible customer service
-Easy to share specific calls with the entire team/department
- All CS Reps identify with a sales background, so they have an idea of what we are trying to accomplish
- Scorecard feature is robust and easy to create new grading criteria
-We use this featureless, but automatically picking up on keywords is great for spot-checking critical issues in a call

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

-Uploading calls can take a while to use make it to the system when done manually 
-No offline mode or support (which is a shame if you travel)

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-Team is consistently following a rubric for calls 
-I'm able to provide quantitively, live feedback for where to improve
-I'm able to gamify coaching against my peers for whom does the most/best reviews.

Ability to leave notes and stuff. Also tracking certain use of words. I like that it can break down call length and split between prospect and salesperson talking.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Coaching interface and team interface can be a little complex. My dashboard looks different from colleagues' dashboards so I think licenses are differing. It's like we are looking at different things, hard to coordinate.

Able to break down calls for reps. Also keeping them accountable is great. Yes benefiting financially because we are able to pinpoint errors the rep is blind to.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

Ability to create trackable links and ease of getting usage reports. Graphical presentation is good and it's easy to change the data parameters, which is also valuable.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

It's just so hard to use from a content administration perspective. By "hard" I mean "bad". The UI is clunky, awkward, and its sophistication would have been awesome in 2002. It's discombobulated and tedious. Every content edit action within a workspace is Just. So. Arrgh.

**Recommendations to others considering Mediafly:**

If you have a large volume of content to publish and make page layouts appealing to your end users, keep looking. If you're coming from a repository-only perspective, this might be sufficient. (I sound bitter mainly because of the content administration. it's a very large fraction of my interactions with Mediafly, so it significantly colours my experience. It's also shockingly slow to load some days, even when nothing else is.)

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a content repository for sales and marketing assets that allows us to maintain a single source of truth and create trackable sharing links. I came into this company shortly after it was implemented, so I don't know if any benefits have been realized yet. We're rolling out user training in a month.

I love the ability to score calls and keep track of how my team is doing over a long period of time. this helps me understand where they are performing well or lagging.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Only 1 feature doesn't make sense to me. When I score a call as a manager, if my team wants to see the breakdown of their score, they have to also fill out the scorecard before they can see my review. Doesn't make sense to gate this behind their own scoring.

ExecVision gives me immediate feedback on how my team implements coaching, training, and product updates that our company releases. It allows me to understand where my team is leveling up or lagging in performance.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

Being able to filter calls based on results, and pin-pointing where in the conversation keywords are being used. Saves lots of time when trying to locate good calls.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Not as intuitive to move through the software as I would like. Sometimes keywords are captured incorrectly or in an odd format that escapes the smart filters.  This may exist already, but a whitepaper of best uses of the software would help in allowing smaller businesses to see how some of the top companies have set up their alerts, scorecards and dashboards to utilize ExecVision the best.

Finding good coaching moments faster. Creating a library of good calls for reps to pull and listen to.

All of my calls end up in the same place and are easy to find using the titles of the Zoom calls of the recorded meetings. Additionally, our team repository of meetings is visible in our org, so I can give and receive coaching with teammates.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

I don't have any major critiques of the product. If anything, the user interface could use a slight update, as it is a bit dry. Outside of that, there aren't any major functionality gaps.

ExecVision allows my team and I to review each other's calls to share tips, coaching, and feedback, encouraging a team culture of helping one another and always looking to improve.

  ### 23. Best Tool Rep On-Boarding and On-Going Development

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

The keyword alerts have been my favorite feature. I get notifications any time a specific phrase, competitor, or internal product is mentioned on a call. This allows for very specific coaching.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

I wish they had better integrations with other web conference vendors. Luckily, we're moving to Zoom, but they didn't have integration capabilities with GoToMeeting, which caused more manual work.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can more thoroughly coach my managers. Many people see ExecVision as a pure rep development platform (which it is great at), but I'm getting a ton of insight into my managers day to day and how they are coaching and developing their reps. Form time spend to coaching plans, its a great inside view for Sales leadership.

I like the interaction with everyone. Very organized and easy to pull calls.  Reports are always up to date

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

The time it takes for calls to download into the system.  I don't like how the caller has to QA their call to see their score.

i solve how my team speaks on the phone.  I see a lot of benefits and able to track their progress and how much i coach them.

**What do you like best about Mediafly?**

I like that you can create sharable links that include multiple documents and title them to a specific project if you need to. I also know who to go to in order to get documents updated (Scott Kelley).

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Creating sharable books is not quite the easiest to understand. It definitely took me some time to learn how to do it. I think the first time going through it, navigation buttons would help.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every day I am asked for spec sheets on products, and occasionally I'm asked for product photos, our Mediafly site is a great resource to get my hands on both.

ExecVision gives us the ability to provide effective and in-depth coaching with multiple tools to help label and comment throughout rep's calls. We found the scorecard features helpful when scoring and deciding where we need to put a focus from a training perspective. The ability to share calls across the team easily also is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

I'd like to see coaching plans not be tied to the calendar as it can create issues when overlapping 1:1s, but that is the main product gap I've found.

We are helping our business dev team be better on the phones across the board, which in turn means more meetings and more meaningful conversations.

Scorecards and analytics. I like the way I am able to search for keywords, and have smart alerts notify me when my reps do something specific in a call based around set words and phrases.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

I don't like the delay of time to get a call to actually upload to ExecVision. Overall most of the calls will load in, but wish there was an option to listen live or shortly after the call all within this system.

We use ExecVision to gather analytics of how calls are going, common issues reps are running into, and what phrases are working best to forward our prospects to be customers.

I love the fact that I can create call coaching plans and set these up using consistent meetings. This keeps myself and the BDR accountable to ensure we're creating a culture of enablement for the team.

Some minor issues I have come across are the % of BDR vs. Prospect talking and also the transcripts can both be pretty inaccurate at times. Nothing major but has led me to not bother looking at these data points anymore.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using ExecVision, I'm solving for increasing our connect to meeting booked ratio and also gives me a better sense of how to create a tailored coaching plan for each BDR rather than focusing on one topic across the team.

Access to the brochures and POS information. The depth of information on the site is not plentiful.

You should always have access to the Sales Exchange website.  If you don't use it within the month, your logins need to be reset.  This is an awkward website to get information from immediately ie, Nutritionals.

It's helpful that our reps can see an image of each asset. I lke that I can create my own folder icons. It's helpful being able to sort assets in several ways. Mirroring is a good feature. Archiving is a good feature.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

As an administrator, I would like to be able to see an asset in a larger format rather than having to switch to Launch Viewer. I dislike not being able to add/delete Asset Types myself. I'd like to get through the Release Date calendar quicker (scrolling through months by just clicking on and holding on the left arrow).

Ask if they can improve the training process.

Having one storage place for all the assets our reps need to access. Giving reps the ability to modify and bring new elements into their PPT presentations. Organizing assets with a logical system that I have control over. Having an effective Search bar that makes it easy to find an asset.

The lack of a MS Team integration in the early pandemic was a major problem.  I am looking forward to being able to the launch of that capability as it will streamline the efficiency of the tool significantly.

First, storing files is no different from Dropbox, but the layout of the items is favorable for easy viewing and access. Currently, working on building out a workspace for internal usage and the process has been very similar to simple website building tools. I am surprised how the embedded content is quickly refreshed - almost real-time and overall pleased with the usability features.

**What do you dislike about Mediafly?**

Just more customer notification about what you can do with Mediafly - we had Mediafly for quite some time now, but only recently realized the potential with Workspace. Possibly in-app messaging/walkthroughs.

**What problems is Mediafly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, I've only used it to store and access files, but we are now getting help from Mediafly to build out multiple workspaces for all of our internal needs.

Execvision is an invaluable tool for developing new and seasoned sales representatives. Having a library of "best practice" calls for onboarding purposes has been a great addition. Veteran representatives benefit by analyzing their calls and making small adjustments that result in much great productivity and results.

The dashboard and interface is a bit busy, but it is still user-friendly and intuitive. There is certainly no shortage of tools and analytics.
