What do you like best about MediaCopilot?

It's not just a tool capable of working with online content — it's also extremely useful for offline writing and editing work. It produces highly reliable transcriptions that can be easily turned into translations and subtitles. When dealing with large volumes, the time savings are tremendous. It allows you to cut and edit segments, and also generates various subtitle file formats like .vtt, .srt, or even .STL. It's very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MediaCopilot?

What I don’t quite like is that I can’t download an EDL file to bring the work I’m doing into DaVinci. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MediaCopilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a content production company, we work with a high volume of audiovisual material on a daily basis. MediaCopilot solves a critical need in our workflow: fast, accurate transcription and subtitling.

It significantly reduces the time and effort we used to spend on these tasks, allowing us to focus more on the creative and editorial aspects of production. Its ability to handle difficult accents and generate reliable subtitle files (.srt, .vtt, .stl) is particularly valuable.

Beyond that, we see great potential in the tool’s broader capabilities when working with large volumes of content—whether for organizing, editing, translating, or preparing material for distribution across platforms.
