What do you like best about MDirector?

I appreciate how MDirector combines email and SMS marketing in one platform, making it easy to manage multichannel campaigns without jumping between tools. Its user-friendly interface and templates help create campaigns quickly, and the analytics offer clear insights to optimize performance. What do you dislike about MDirector?
