What do you like best about maXus?

As the central online backend for our maxpos cash registers, maXus offers excellent branch management. What I like best is that we have full access to the master data, article maintenance, and live sales of all cash register locations from anywhere. The synchronization between the backend and the local maxpos cash registers runs absolutely smoothly. Particularly strong: Despite the powerful online center, the usual expensive monthly SaaS fees per cash register are eliminated – the one-time purchase model is extremely fair for the backend as well. What do you dislike about maXus?

The user interface of the online backend appears quite traditional in some areas and could benefit from a more modern, fresher dashboard design. Additionally, the initial setup and structuring of branches, as well as the assignment of rights, require some familiarization time due to the immense depth of the software. It is a professional management tool and not a minimalist click-and-build system – one should take some time at the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is maXus solving and how is that benefiting you?

maXus solves the problem of decentralized data management for us with multiple registers and branches. Instead of laboriously gathering sales and inventory manually from the individual maxpos registers, everything is fully automated in the online backend.

We benefit from centralized article and price maintenance in real-time: when we change something in the backend, it is immediately active on the registers. Additionally, the tool enables us to perfectly control live sales directly from the headquarters, which greatly facilitates branch management and accounting (including legally compliant GoBD/TSE data provision).
