What do you like best about Maxify?

What sold me was the dedicated deliverability

consultant. I've used warmup tools before — you sign up, you're on your own. With Maxify, I had

someone who actually understood our Outreach sequences, our domain setup, our sending

patterns. They weren't just running a tool — they were looking at our specific situation. The

warmup infrastructure runs in the background and you stop thinking about it, which is exactly

What do you dislike about Maxify?

Onboarding took a bit longer than I expected, mostly

because there's a proper audit before anything gets configured. I get why — they won't just plug

in and start warming without understanding your setup. But if you're expecting a same-week fix,

What problems is Maxify solving and how is that benefiting you?

We'd scaled our

outbound team and slowly watched our open rates erode over about four months. By the time

we connected with Maxify our sequences were sitting at 9% open rate. About six weeks after we

were fully onboarded we were back in the 30s. More importantly, it's held there. Our SDRs are
