What do you like best about Mavlers?

The email coding service is fast, efficient, and customer service is very kind and patient. They often deliver the files early, sometimes even same day within a few hours when selecting the fast delivery times (8-12 hours). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mavlers?

I wish there was a same-day delivery option for the crazy rush jobs we sometimes get from clients, but understandable that 8 hours is the minimum guarantee. Think it's just the nature of the service, everyone dislikes hot rush jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mavlers:

Everything has been great so far. The only feature that would be nice is being able to upload an old HTML email file and for them to just edit the code or content. Sometimes the client just has some minor revisions (like an image or copy change) so being able to just upload the old file (that Mavlers provided), then just have it tweaked would be convenient rather than starting a whole new job having to go over the details of the project again in full. We don't mind paying the full price of the service as it is already cost-effective, but being able to streamline the jobs that just require small tweaks would be nice. We don't mind making certain adjustments ourselves in the code (such as linking buttons or updating simple text), but certain changes are more difficult to implement without breaking the file or messing it up in some way.
