What I like about Maven AGI is that the platform doesn’t treat AI, knowledge, automation, and analytics as separate projects. The unified reasoning across channels was probably the first thing I noticed. We used to have different logic depending on where a customer interaction happened, so chat, email, and internal workflows could each end up behaving a little differently. As our use cases grew, keeping all of that aligned and maintaining it became increasingly painful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The feature set is strong overall, but some organizations will inevitably want very specific dashboard layouts and reporting views that may not be available out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
