What do you like best about Matrix42 FastViewer?

I really like how easy FatsViewer is to use. setting up remote sessions takes just a few clicks and its been very stable even with slower internet connections. the interfae is clean and straightforward, which makes it easy to guide without any confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Matrix42 FastViewer?

user interface is a bit outdated compared to some newer tools. it works fine but a more modern design and smoother navigation would improve the overall experience. also occasional connection drops can be frustrating though they are not frequent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Matrix42 FastViewer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fastviewer helps us solve the challenge of providing remote support and running online meetings without needing complex setups. it allows us to quickly access client systems, shares screens and collaborate in real time, which saves a lot of time and reduces the need for on site visits.
