I like that Matia solves the problem of not knowing when things failed and why by being very agile and quickly making improvements to connectors. Their support is phenomenal, and they listen to customer requests. The user interface is good, and their processes are really fast and robust. I also appreciate the observability feature, which allows even non-developers to see how models affect dashboard dependencies. It's great that we receive notifications, even to Slack, if anything breaks. Switching from Rivery to Matia due to issues with pipeline robustness and support has been a positive change, as Matia provides more robust pipelines and better observability. The initial setup was quite easy due to their excellent documentation and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's a limitation where if you have a specific table or report from, say, Aircall, you have to take everything under it instead of being able to just select the main one and a few others. But honestly, that doesn't bother me much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
