What do you like best about Mati?

Integration - very easy to integrate into new and existing solutions, due to the well-documented SDK and API. The API and webhooks allow us to integrate Mati with our other internal and third-party services.

User friendly - both from end-user, developer, and administrator perspectives.

Quick and quality support - Mati support team is quick to respond and always resolves our issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mati?

Not frequently, but sometimes breaking bugs get into a release version. However, their engineering team is very quick to resolve these issues.

A better re-verification flow in case of failed verification would greatly benefit us.

Recommendations to others considering Mati:

After reviewing different identity verification providers, we decided on Mati/Metamap due to the quick implementation possibilities, ease of use, end-user-oriented UI/visuals and cost-effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mati solving and how is that benefiting you?

Verifying the identity of our users for compliance purposes and not having to worry about it ourselves. It greatly improves the ID verification process, by allowing us to verify more users in less time and increasing the effectiveness of the verification compared to our previous solution.
