The best feature is that it has tools for almost any need when dealing with data analytics, algorithms, calculations, and mathematical model. Of course, there are dozen of other features considering specific areas of action. For instance, the number of symbolic algorithms able to solve even complex tasks, the full integration of numeric and symbolic calculation, the external data source with trillions of data about entities, and last but not least the many customizations of the front end. Sometimes version after version the backward compatibility of the code syntax is lost or doesn't guarantee the complete compatibility of old notebooks. Another dislike is related to the experimental features that sometimes anticipate future functionalities but are not documented enough. From the performance point of view, another issue is related to some fields of application, where Mathematica even providing specific functionalities, doesn't perform in a way compatible with the productivity of industries.
