Their platform is easy to use as an administrator and, as importantly, for the end user/student. It takes a ton of work off my plate and just makes it easy to do all the behind-the-scenes work.

Setting up new students is a breeze and the student portal is amazing - probably one of the best out in the market. It is actually a feature of my school that I actively promote how students can have a 'dojo in their pocket' to supplement their regular training.

The support team are great and you don't feel like just another ticket number when working with them to get help on a specific issue. This is clearly a platform designed by people who want to solve a problem they faced and they listen to customers about ongoing trends and new problems in the market that need solving. I've first used Martialytics for over a decade now and even went to use another service for about a year before switching back. there are certainly some platforms that give greater reporting functionality but to be honest, it comes at a cost of end-user experience.
