It doesn't always work. Sometimes people will just see the spinning logo when trying to access a MarkUp. Sometimes clearing the cache works, sometimes it doesn't. I don't like having empty folder thumbnails, and would prefer being able to upload our own image for folder icons. Some people never get email notifications, and it's confusing to know why or how to fix. The price jump was pretty unexpected. Not being able to hide certain comments from guests/non-members.
