Love this product and this customer service team! I ran into an issue with the private flag (email them if you have problems with that) and they worked with me hand in hand to get things exactly how I wanted it. I used this to grab 6 months worth of chat data with a client to invoice them (yikes I was behind!) and it worked beautifully to let me grab that data and export it to pdf for my records and for AI to summarize for me Wonderful addition to my Chrome Extensions.
