I really like how with Apartment IQ we can drill down into a property and view historical data on exact unit types. It's pretty fantastic to see just the overall tools it has available. It allows us to get granular when looking at new properties and determine where things should be and where they might go. The product is pretty intuitive and has become more intuitive over time, with a smooth initial learning curve. It would be nice to see charted historical data on unit types directly, rather than having to kinda look at a rough glance. Or to see historical rent pricings based on bedroom type, both from an individual property and from the collective of all the units or all the competitors we have in there in total.
