What do you like best about Market Leader?

Maintaining contact with a focused email or direct print campaign that is focused on the clients interest as either a buyer or seller. The CRM system allows me to see when a client checks the website and opens an email. Looking for some new and fresh idea's? Market leader training provides excellent webinar based training. What do you dislike about Market Leader?

I've been using Market Leader for 3+ years with and find that most of the issues I've raised over the years have had a solution provided. Often I find a very large Zip code I work needs to be broken down with mapping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
