Marin Software is a great program with great options for altering and diversifying marketing components. It facilitates campaign creation and has an excellent user interface. The Marin Software may occasionally be challenging to use and include flaws. When it comes to producing graphic reports and presentations, it has limited skills. Even for those that should be simple, connecting with some platforms can take some time. It was nice that most connections to 3rd party platforms were already built in. Only a few of our connections needed custom dev work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took quite a while to get custom connections made for platforms that should have been fairly easy to connect to. We had to wait for our Marin agency team to do everything first, it wasnt really a dashboard we could custom create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their bidding algorithm never could catch up to the changes GoogleAds was making. They also didn't have the ability to run Performance Max campaigns which are the only main shopping campaigns now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an excellent program with great features for diversification and modulation of marketing components. It enhances the ability to compose campaigns. Marin is highly convenient, and the user interface is entirely satisfactory. The functionalities of this program are incredibly demanding. The bidding used to be good when everything was done manually 5 years ago. But since Google launched smart bidding and Optmyzrs bidding rules got better, there is no real use for Marin anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their contracts are extremely "American" and unlike most European companies. We asked them to remove some of the campaigns from their platform; they only removed the functionality but still charged the full connected ad spend. They point to the contract, and they have no interest in finding a solution with their clients. They only want your money and don't care if they haven't provided their clients with any value. This way of tying clients to contracts is so old, and their rigid business ways likewise. No wonder their stock are going downwards since they went public. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
