What do you like best about Marimba?

What's most helpful is the user-friendly interface that's so easy to use, thanks to the simple keyboard shortcuts, and it's FREE! Compared to its competitors, it's not much different, but that doesn't make it shitty software. I would recommend this to companies that have been in business for at least a year. What do you dislike about Marimba?

I don't particularly appreciate that it's so similar to other software that it doesn't make me want to use it over the others. I'm saying that any other software out there can do just as much, if not more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Marimba solving and how is that benefiting you?
