The most helpful thing about Marbot for Slack is the ability to receive alerts in Slack now. The alerts are different than direct messages in that you can acknowledge or pass on the alert Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since this is a relatively new release, it does have some glitches. Sometimes alerts don't sound. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
