Being more proactive on projects and taking ownership of them would have been great. On some occasions, I would have appreciated him stepping in to lead without needing to be asked to take on specific tasks. Given his experience, I would have liked to see more out-of-the-box ideas and stronger contributions overall—going above and beyond rather than waiting for direction. Bhushan from Marathe Analyst Relations provided cover for someone in my Analyst Relations team over a 9 month period and proved to be a reliable and capable member of the team throughout. He was entrusted with leading specific product areas and managing engagement with key external AR firms including Gartner, IDC, ISG and others. He was also managing other junior members of the team.

He was responsible for coordinating and preparing AR submissions, fact checking reports and research, preparing briefings and supporting others in the team on key deliverables. He worked effectively across internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring accurate and well-coordinated representation of our positioning in external analyst engagements.
