"MaqtAi Helped Me Create 8 Client Videos Faster and Easier"

What do you like best about MaqtAi?

What I like most about MaqtAi is how **easy it is to use and how much time it saves me when creating videos for my clients**. I’ve used Camtasia for years, and I’ve also used InVideo AI, so I already had experience with video creation before trying MaqtAi. What stood out to me is that I didn’t have to spend a lot of time figuring out how the platform works. If a platform is too complicated, I usually try it once or twice and stop using it. That wasn’t the case with MaqtAi.

I’ve already used MaqtAi to create **eight client videos — six for one client and two for another**. The two plumbing videos were **“Plumbing Door Hanger Marketing: 2,500 to 10,000 Case Study”** and **“Plumbing Marketing: Turn One Service Call Into a Whole Neighborhood.”** For another client, I created six videos around the Sacramento Century event, including **“Sac Century Challenge Oct 3: Pick 16, 36, 63 or 100 Miles,” “Sacramento Century Challenge: What 100 Miles Really Feels Like,” “Sac Century Challenge October 3: Pick 16, 36, 63 or 100 Miles,” “Sac Century Challenge 2026: Ride 16, 36, 63 or 100 Miles in Sacramento,” “Sac Century Challenge 2026: Ride 16, 36, 63 or 100 Miles Oct 3,”** and **“Door to Door Flyer Business: I Started With No Money and a Bike.”**

MaqtAi helped me **cut down the amount of time it normally takes to put videos together**, organize the content, and get from an idea to a finished video. That is what I like about it the most: **it is easy enough that I actually keep using it.** For me, that matters more than having a platform with a hundred features that takes forever to learn. What do you dislike about MaqtAi?

Like with any AI video platform, you still have to wait for the video to finish rendering before you can really judge the final result. Sometimes what you see in your head or what you expect from the prompt is not exactly what comes out in the finished video. When that happens, you have to make adjustments, rerun it, and wait for the new version to render again.

That can slow things down, especially when you are working on several videos for a client and trying to get everything just right. I don’t really see that as something unique to MaqtAi, though. I’ve dealt with the same type of process using other video platforms. AI can speed up a lot of the work, but you still have to review the output, make changes, and sometimes regenerate a video more than once before you get the version you want.

What would make the experience even better is being able to preview more of the finished result before committing to a full render, or having faster turnaround when making small changes. What problems is MaqtAi solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don’t know exactly what problems MaqtAi is focused on solving behind the scenes right now, but one thing really stood out to me: **they actually listen to user feedback and move fast.**

I made a suggestion that they should add some simple guidance inside the platform—things like little help bubbles or prompts in certain areas to tell users what to do next, plus an explainer video for people who are new to the platform. My thinking was that even if a platform is easy to use, first-time users can still get stuck if they don’t immediately understand where to click or what step comes next.

What impressed me was that **their team implemented the suggestion the very next day.** That says a lot to me. A lot of software companies collect feedback, but you never know if anyone actually reads it or if anything will ever change. In this case, I gave them a practical suggestion based on my experience using the platform, and they responded quickly and actually improved the user experience.

For me, that builds confidence in the product because it shows the team is actively paying attention to real users instead of just building features in a vacuum.
