What do you like best about MaPS System (MDM-PIM-DAM)?

It is an all-in-one software, easy to use and configure. We can easily be autonomous with the tool and we can customize it as desired while staying on the standard. Product data is centralized in one place, which allows for simplified flows to other information systems. The tool is constantly evolving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaPS System (MDM-PIM-DAM)?

I am missing access to a supplier platform with their centralized catalogs and documents, along with a mapping between their attributes and ours. Today, we have access to fab-dis files and protected Excel files, but they remain Excel files, which are potential sources of error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MaPS System (MDM-PIM-DAM) solving and how is that benefiting you?

For us, the MaPs system has allowed several things: greater flexibility in the types of available attributes, increased efficiency in the time it takes to reference our products, data reliability thanks to the integrated DQM, and the ability to implement a workflow to streamline exchanges between the different parties involved in referencing.

The MaPS team is also very efficient in case of bugs or support on all our new topics. What I particularly appreciate is that they always make proposals that fit the standard if possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
