What do you dislike about Maply?

Despite the intuitive interface, some users might still find advanced features challenging without prior experience. The free plan, while generous, might have limitations that could prompt users to upgrade to paid plans for more advanced functionalities. Not easy to reach the customer support. What problems is Maply solving and how is that benefiting you?
